My wife and I have spent the second part of our vacation in Grand Case. Today we had our Covid test done at the Pharmacy next to the Super U, located at the culdesac between Grand Case and Anse Marcel. It was $41 cash, very efficient and private. Results were ready in an hour - had lunch at Sol e Luna while we waited.
The printed results had a QR code that worked perfectly with the AA ap and VeriFLY
