Hi. This should be posted in the USVI forum also. Or maybe first?? Is there any kind of a link to post?

RatsWife - I believe this was originally intended to address those coming into the territory from the mainland - tightened up from 5 days and whereas those vaccinated in the USVI did not need to test, they now do. I believe that this extends to sea arrival as well. International air arrival should remain unchanged at one day (US policy). We arrive 1/2 via STT so watching this closely. When I see something official from portal I will post. Here is the link to the press conference on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/GovernmentHouseUSVI/videos/893542044647707

On VG now....staffing seems to be an issue. Nova at Oil Nut just closed. We were supposed to be there tomorrow. I'm surprised how quiet it is for high season. Everyone here masking but in and around Soggy Dollar not at all. Brought more emed tests than we should need (I hope!). I plan on leaving my extras so if anyone is stuck for tests let me know. Well be testing on the 3rd. Skipdastraw, I have friends who are down there who would absolutely love to get your extra tests!

So if I am flying on Saturday, January 8....I can test Wednesday, January 5? Yes, but I would wait until the 6th so that you don't have to retest when you get to Tortola. You can use the Binax Now test proctored through eMed for both entries.

Perhaps. Order the proctored BinaxNow test from Emed. Needs to be ordered ASAP. Just checked website, 6 pack is available. Will need to test to return to US as well. Good to have extras. May be able to expedite shipping overnight, as they do note that tests may be delayed in shipping due to demand. www.emed.com/airline-travelI ordered 23Dec, received 24Dec. FedEx charge was double what I paid in September, no explained reason.
JPH I spent my money on booze, broads, and boats...the rest I wasted.
