Below is a link to the "GO SXM" Facebook page that takes you to 7 additional photos of the new restaurant/bar on Mullet Bay Beach. Supposedly going to open in the near future (they look farther along than I thought). Some pictures show furniture. The page is public and should be open to everyone.

They might be pushing this along because they are handing over the keys and doing closings to unit owners in building A, starting this month.


New Mullet Bay Beach restaurant pictures

When we were there last week and walked down from CBC this is the pic dh took. The red arrow is the new place being built. The blue is I think Rosie's. That should give some perspective. We saw no signs of parking and avoided Rhine in that area on days we knew Mullet would be rocking.
