Just booked a last minute trip to Marriott Cancun for next month. Hotel website doesn’t mention airport transfers. Are taxi’s readily available at the airport? Any need to pre book? I’m assuming there is no Uber service. Haven’t been to Cancun before - other than Isla Mujeres about 20 yes ago.

Also we’d like to stop on the way to the hotel at a liquor store - assume our taxi driver could help with that?

Thanks!

There are taxis that are expensive, and private and shared transfers. Popular private transfer outfits include Canada Transfers and USA Transfers. Canada is ~$67 round trip for 3 adults, ~$77 for 4. You can pre-order beer or drinks, they provide chilled towels and water…Shared minivans are ~1/2 the price but you usually have to wait for others to arrive…
