We have been to two Carrefours, the Super U in Marigot and the Maho Market and NO MINT to be found at any of them!! How the h*ll do I make a mojito without mint! My solution? Drink wine and rum but not at the same time. Hubby has been enjoying the rum this trip. He had three parrots on his shoulders today at Parrotte Ville. Proof enough that enough rum makes one a pirate.

Drinking some rum and 7 UP now, but just not the same without the mint. Limes were pretty meh, not much juice, but I was able to find them. Such problems... I too am a mojito drinker and would be unhappy if there was no mint available.I need to add it to my list and bring some with me in October. If you find some make a mint infused simple syrup and use it instead of sugar. You will need little to no mint in the drink.
