The Pinel occupancy permits have been extended through December 31, 2022. New bids are being accepted for new occupancy permits and must be submitted by 5 September 2022. Bidders may be the existing businesses on Pinel or new entities. The new occupancy permits will run for 6 years and become effective January 1, 2023. link to Pinel article concerning occupancy

bdeeley--You know, this is a pretty big deal to just "accept your word", on something like this. People post things all the time based on what they read on Facebook or whatever. Wanting to verify the information is just prudent.
