RickG Traveler Joined: Oct 2004 Posts: 1,951 St. John, USVI	I was at the community comment meeting for this. The current grant is for a study. Future grants will address adding the additional docks. All of the useful dock sites are on private land and the owner will have to agree to participate. There is hope for progress, but it is going to take years.
