After dinner we headed back to Maho and were going to go to The Hole in the Wall but it was a little loud so we went across the street to The Beer Garden. It is located in what I call the Sonesta strip mall. While we were there we saw food orders coming in so I asked Tom the manager where do you get your food from as they don't have a kitchen there. He said that they get their food from 3 Amigos, Mr Chows and the pizza comes from Roma's as they just started offering brick oven pizza's today. Being skeptical, when we left we went across the road to Roma's and asked the hostess at Roma's are you offering brick oven pizza's and she said we just started today. Shades of Isolas. This could be good.

When Marco was at Isola, the brick oven pizza was excellent. I would imagine the same with Roma.

When we were there this last May Marco took us in back to show us the garden area he was developing and where the oven, being shipped from Italy, was going to be.
