Just got back form 4 nights on JVD anf 4 nights on Tortola. For those that are interested, we stayed with White Bay Villas on JVD in a very comfortable Seaside Cottage overlooking what else...White Bay. Walked/Hiked everywhere...even all the way to Foxy's Taboo (about 2 hours). Locals always offering rides..took them up on a few occasions. Stayed at Turtle Dove Cottages above Long Bay on Tortola. What a driveway.....the steepest grade I have ever seen and we have driven every road on Tortola. For anyone looking for the non-resort getway, I highly recommend either.

Used Cape Air instead of the "others" out of San Juan. All I can say is they are tops on my list, this being the second time we have used them without any minor hitches. Never again Am Eagle, Carib Sun! as long as Cape Air serves this market!
