I think the last time we were there was a LONG time ago, as we came in late, for whatever reason, and at the time they were the only ones serving food late in the evening.

Scuba--Not necessarily. You have to put in email to vote and you can't vote more than once.
lcote--Again, probably that is locals voting for that. I thought it was odd also, but the excursions that tourists do may be out of reach financially for at least some locals.
