We bought the Neoprene wine sleeves from Amazon and take them with us to SXM. Have used them many times. If on island Golmahares in Philipsburg has the blow up ones but are quite bulky and not reusable.

Update: Sylvain looked at me like I had three heads when I inquired. End result the housekeeping crew at BSV were very appreciative of having bottles of wine added to their tip.
