I knew Quito was retiring, and watched the farewell concert live stream. I see on Facebook that the inn and Gazebo are closing on August 9th to transition to the new owners. Does anyone here know who will be taking over?

I own all his CD's and have great memories back to 1995 of his shows and hanging at the Gazebo. The end of an era for sure

Did Pussers purchase the property, or is it an independent new owner who may license Pussers to run the operation?
