We sold our villa but trying to close our Ennia insurance account and our Gebe account has been impossible not being on the island. Does anyone have a contact who can bring closure to our ownership?

I am disappointed in Mike from Remax and Phil Lennox from Diamond Consulting for leaving so many loose ends.
Their commission was paid and they disappeared. They don’t reply to emails, text or phone calls.

Honestly I think you best bet is to fly down and close all personally. Ennia (insurance I assume) should be easy to cancel - one would
Think. But the gebe will probably need to be done in person sadly. But your agent should have handled this for you.

I agree! It is how I know who to trust. It seems once you pay someone in full they never follow up if some issues still remains.
