Does anyone know what if anything has replaced the Summit Hotel up past the Medical school? My wife was asking and I didn’t have an answer.

I can't remember the name of it now, but there is/was a proposed high rise building, that has been recently in the news, because the government actually issued a work stoppage on the project. Someone here will probably chime in.

Mad drama with the property. Currently being held up. Was approved for residential high rise but then the builder did a switch a roo and added commercial. Just another mess
