Wasn’t that the project Topper was trying to sneak in that got so much pushback? Finally a common sense court decision. Stop trying to bribe officials and put these ridiculous projects where they clearly don’t belong.
And now what about stopping the illegal new beach bar in the face of Kaarkter that was another abuse of political power. Clearly the deed says for residence use only. No parking, and it will be a big nuisance to the neighborhood with an obnoxious undesirable crowd, blasting music like the same owner has at district 721. How in the world can they get a permit to open this? The word is that they won’t because lots of politicians and neighborhood are on their [censored]. Congrats Beacon Hill!

Couple of things come to my mind, One, hope that the builders don't run out of money, leaving an abandoned building as one big eyesore!! TWO: No doubt, there will be major issues for parking!!! "13 spaces for 12 one-bedroom units" How many households do you know that one have ONE car!!!??? IMHO, someone got PAID!!!

The Owner has to re-apply for the proper permit before any construction can take place .

JD--Topper is building (or has built?? I don't know if it's finished) that condo almost in back of D's beach bar. Maybe 4 stories? I don't know if he was involved in this project also or not.
