When I was on the island two weeks ago, Dopsie's was not open. There have been more recent pictures of a grand opening.

I haven't been there and am not sure it's still even open, but check out Le Piano Noir, 44 Front Street, open Wed-Sat.
Trying to think of others, but most places that have music have keyboards, not piano.
