we usually stop in Spanishtown to reprovision but we're going the other way around, its been years since we stopped at ample hamper, can we get basic groceries, beer and liquor there? do they have decent prices?

the option is to stop at bobbys in CGB but i understand from this forum that they frequently have only a very basic selection. thanks

The Ample Hamper at West End closed up awhile ago. Unless you want to go to Road Town, we always provision (and re-provision) at Harbour Market at West End.

I'm not sure what your itinerary is, but there is good provisioning at Leverick Bay in North Sound and at Rudy's on JVD.
