I chartered Miss Red, a FP-Bahia 46 in 2012, and want to charter her again but cannot find her now.

CYOA says she has left their fleet
It would be nice to contact her owner if anyone has that info.

I want to charter our of St Thomas with flexible dates this June/July for 10 days and need berths for 11.

Please help!

She is long gone from St Thomas and is no longer in the area. Great boat!!! She was fast and saw me safely through some very tough weather one long day coming back with charter guests from Vieques. I would suggest you look at Island, the Salina at CYOA as an option.

Thanks Kimber,
You got any idea where she is?

Some Salina 48 are configured for 12 but not Island and I'm not quite ready to give up that extra crew member yet.

I see you are from St Thomas, my wife and I lived there in the '80's, stayed in Contant then moved to west end, I did church work and was with St Thomas Dive Club at Villa Olga while my wife worked with Erica's beauty shop at Yacht Haven (her beauty saloon is now in French Town)

Charles,
In your first post you indicated that you needed berths for 11, Island is set up for that. Maybe I'm missing something.

Yes I do live on St Thomas and work for CYOA occasionally. There's is a pretty good chance I did your boat briefing in 2012. :-)

My teenage son would like to bring a friend and that makes 12. Clark is graduating from High School and I would like to accommodate his wish.

If you did our brief you will likely remember it... My daughter was graduating from the Naval Academy and we had several of her friends from the USNA along. Boat was literately crawling with babes in bikinis.

Charles,
As Kimber said Ms Red has left our fleet. The last I heard she was in St Martin in private ownership. As Kimber mentioned we have the Salina Island and it is set up for up to 12 guests. It has four doubles, the two bow cabins, one quarter berth in the port hull and an additional single bunk over the double in the port forward cabin. That is the closest boat we have to a Bahia in the CYOA fleet for that number of berths.

Thanks Jay for jumping in, glad you are involved. Since I posted this thread I've emailed back and forth with Kirsten about Island, hoping to find dates and discounts that work. But she tells me it only does 11 as the absolute maximum, even with 2 children and 1 infant.

After much searching I figured out the owner's name and address but as I continued the search online I saw he sold his home in 2014. So it makes me think he sold out and went sailing! Good for him!
