I've never visited or stayed there myself, but I know several people here have, and enjoyed it. I have no idea what commercial real estate like that should go for. Just thought some here might find it interesting.

I think the reduced price is much more reasonable. Carter must be getting desperate. I know he wants to not be so tied down. Hope he can sell since that's what he wants to do.
