Anyone watching port web cam? What's happening on the cruise ship? Something large is moving up & down on the top---like a crane but not. Since I don't cruise I don't know parts of the ship.

The first time I saw that thing, I went "say what???" Royal Caribbean is really OUT there..
Just saw that ship has BUMPER CARS onboard.. Unbelieveable.

Thanks Carol. I had no idea. Was watching the web cam when suddenly camera zoomed in on this thing and it began to raise up.
