The long wood dock was not replaced; the property is now listed for $12 million. The low, L-shaped concrete dinghy dock has had extensive, read expensive, repairs. The Land Rover is in good shape, and now has a companion, a four-door yellow Jimny. The latter runs all season on a single tank of gas, and has power steering, a-c, and lane-keeping assist!
