I have to think nothing is covered under #1...
In that meticulously composed Club Orient post, in the very first paragraph after the bulleted list, they CLEARLY state that nudity at the Club Orient part of Orient Beach is merely "tolerated" under what is now a 30 year agreement between them and the Collectivité.
So if Club Orient's Beach nude use is "tolerated" and not "authorized" - then what place on this island is nude use authorized... I can think of none.
I think the Tourism fellow from Sandy Ground was maybe just dancing around a question he did not possess the full knowledge to answer.
