Both Smiths and Road Town Fast Ferry definitely pick up at Spanish Town in the mornings (reservations are required) but I believe only Smiths pick up on the afternoon run.
RTFF run on Mon/Wed/Fri and Smiths run on Tue/Thu/Sun.
