I agree. When we stay at Divi we want one of the units facing Great Bay so we can eat, drink on the lanai and watch activity on the water and the cruise ships arrive. We sometimes go to the pool if we can get shade. I'd hate to have one of Divi's units on the beach because they have sun all day.
Dreams for the food and shade in a "clam-shell" or Zafire to enjoy the beach under the shade of an umbrella. We've considered BSV in the past but always thought we'd in in full sunshine.
