ok i don't want to hijack this thread, so would you mind posting that recipe maybe as a new post? that sounds delicious! i was planning on making pizza sauce in the slowcooker tonight and would love to try out your recipe. had NO idea frat boys cooked... thought it was purely liquid diet. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Wink.gif" alt="" />

Oh Gosh... its sooo easy...
Basically, get some hoagie (or sub, or grinder) rolls and split lengtwise... leaving a little so it is still one...
Saute onions, olives, peppers (hot & mild, or all mild, or whatever you want) and mushrooms and some oregano... til just cooked...
Cook steak-ums (about 2 servings per, which would be 4 steak-ums), and chop them as you cook...
Preparation...
toast hoagie rolls on open side only, til just browned...
spread a thin layer of sauce on each side...
put down the cooked steak-ums...
top with the saute'd mixture...
top with a little more sauce...
then a bunch of shreaded mozzarella...
Place under the broiler til cheese melts...
YUMMM....
