Definitely frat party atmosphere, but it makes for some fun people watching. They operate on a close itinerary and all stick together, often rafting up the entire fleet at their given location. This makes them particularly easy to avoid if one chooses to do so. When I was last down (for NYE) they were rafted around Foxy's Taboo while we we anchored at B-Line. We had B-Line to ourselves, and never had a single problem with them. If you do feel like partying they can be a fun group to join up with for an evening or two. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/Cheers.gif" alt="" />
