Daily Herald story OK, what am I missing here? We've all suspected the tax on car rentals seems to be a sliding scale, but this guy says that car rentals aren't being taxed now?? <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" /> Or he's talking about a tourist driver's license??
