1) looks like poor prep of boat prior to dispatching it
2) EXTREMELY poor chase boat (I can understand not able to fix problem with chase boat, but they should be able to tell you within a few minutes of expected arrival time of the chase boat.
TMM is located just inside Road Harbor. About a 2 minute taxi ride from the ferry.
Not all owners do direct booking of charters.
