Okay, we're trying to grow our own sprouts, and wondered if anyone has had any success in doing so on the boat. I really want to be able to have "greens" while sailing, and find that lettuce etc. is sadly lacking when sailing down island.
We so far have three types sprouting "ancient grains" which includes fenugreek, french lentils, kamut and adzuki beans, "little radish" and "alfalfa" growing. We have mung beans as well, but haven't started them yet.
Any tips or tricks?
