OP Yachtmaster Traveler Joined: Mar 2007 Posts: 184 British Virgin Islands	Many years ago we visited Mona Island in the Mona Passage between Western Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic. We would like to visit Mona Island again soon but would like to know in advance of any restrictions or special permits needed and where to anchor or moor if there are any moorings available....?? <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/usflag.gif" alt="" /> Safe and enjoyable boating.
