Sunnykm said: Puerto Rican Navy (spelling??)
They motor over in mass on motor yachts No problem to anyone, just a lot of boats all at once. We were sailing last year during "Christmas in July" when the PR Navy was there. We had absolutely no problems with them, however they were a very large group and they played exceeding loud Spanish Music from their boats. Some of them had bright spotlights on their boats which they left on all night and effectively killed our night vision so stargazing was out of the equation. If you are there to party you can have a great time with them. If, like us, you are there for tranquility, you will, like us, avoid them in the future!
