Don't bother. You won't need it unless you are not eating any meals on shore. Most people make a mistake by putting too much at a time in a cooler. Only chill what you may need for that day. Particularly beverages.
Put a couple of liters of water in the freezer overnight to make your own block ice. Use that in the cooler the next day. Keep recycling.
