SXMWendell OP Traveler Joined: Nov 2002 Posts: 7,376	Yes, there was AC ( as described in the Airbnb page), 110 Volt "American style" plug, Yes running water was reliable, the pressure was a little low but doable. We dropped in out of the blue for 1 night so I expected to pay a premium. W.
