I didn't realize it was supposed to be refrigerated that long. Doesn't the fruit get kinda funky?? Do you put more 7up or whatever in it when you serve it? I sometimes make what I call sangria, but I do it just with wine, gingerale or 7up, basically equal parts with the wine, orange and lemon or lime juice, and fruit, and let the flavors blend for a couple of hours. It's refreshing and very light, since it's only about half alcohol, with no liquor in it.
