We purchased a signed print from Mair on our first trip to SXM in 2000. We met her at the Manager's Cocktail Party at Club O. We have looked for her every trip since but to no avail.
The print is a vibrantly colored water color looking toward the beach from Club O with the various shades of blue in the water and the sky offset by the white of the beach, the various shades of green of the foliage and the bright yellow umbrellas. A few years ago we had it professionally framed and it now hangs in our bedroom to remind us of our favorite beach resort.
Given the opportunity, we also would likely purchase another print but are happy knowing we have at least one of her beautiful pieces of art.
