You have the best diet ever. I follow much the same, limited white foods, limited sugar and have eliminated all processed foods. Our state of mind is, more than five (5) ingredients and IF we can not pronounce the ingredients, we do not eat it. Does not mean that I will not eat a 'Snickers' bar on a special occasion. But this has worked for me for years. I am 5'5" and weigh 127. And I am not young in years.
