Thank you for sharing -it made me laugh as well. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/jester.gif" alt="" /> Our experience certainly changed our trip and dictated much of where we went and what we experienced. It kept us away from Happy Bay toward the end of our trip because we felt so badly that we couldn't support Dany's beach lolo. However, Grand Marche accepted credit cards and we cooked in several nights...fish and such using spices we purchased at the Marigot Wednesday market. We have some of the best memories from that trip! Everything was brand new to us and so visually stimulating! All we really cared about was the gorgeous blue water, the warm sun on our bodies, and checking out the fish and sea urchins for hours upon hours. Sarafina's baguette sandwiches made for cheap eats on the beach and we felt like we were in heaven!
