Found this simple yet delish recipe the other day, made it for dinner on Sunday:
Bag of Egg Noodles 2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 1 lb cooked Chicken, cubed Salt & Pepper Splash of Milk 1 Box of Stove Top Stuffing Mix, prepared
Combine the cooked noodles with the next 5 ingredients, spoon into a greased casserole dish and top with the prepared stuffing mix. Bake for approx 1/2 hour at 350 or till the top starts to brown and the edges bubble.
Comfort-o-licious! Next time I may add a few other ingredients, celery and onion would be good + maybe some chopped green chilies.
