This is a casserole that my mom made when I was young and still remains one of my favorites. It is comfort food to me.
I'm sure it can be made a bit healthier with ground turkey and low fats on the dairy products. Enjoy
Aunt Martha's Company Casserole
Ingredients: 2 lbs Ground Beef 1 12oz pkg Farrafale or Butterfly Noodles 1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese 1 8oz pkg Small curd Cottage Cheese 1 8oz pkg Sour Cream 1 small Onion, Diced 3 8oz cans Tomato Sauce Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preparation: Cook Noodles and cool Combine Cottage Cheese, Cream Cheese and Sour Cream Brown Ground Beef with Onion Add Tomato Sauce to meat and simmer for a bit.
In a greased casserole dish, layer noodles, cheese mixture and meat mixture. Top with Parmesan Cheese
Bake 325 degrees for 30-40 min, until cooked thru and cheese is melted.
Brad Never wait or hesitate
