Aside from the dining options, I'd imagine most of the other stuff might be viable. But I'm sure what they have seen already has them turned off from the whole thing.

On a related note, I thought BEYC said they hoped to have rooms available in 6 months? I think at the time they stated it, that it may have been premature and very optimistic, but they've also done construction there and may have a good idea as to what it might take them?
