I am DEATHLY allergic to nuts and actually ended up in the ER last week with the worst anaphylactic reaction I've ever had, so the almond extract would have to be left out. The Pillsbury brand of cookie dough says "may contain traces of nuts" so I can't use it, either. (guess I shoulda mentioned the nut allergy- sorry 'bout that!)

All that being said, this sounds like a really good, easy fruit tart if I make my own dough... may not work for the party but would be EXCELLENT at home!
