I'm just a renter at Simpson Bay and can tell you it took a lot of phone calls, emails and major aggravation before they would refund my money for a March reserve--the poorest customer service and attitudes i have ever dealt with. <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/cloud.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.traveltalkonline.com/forums/images/graemlins/smashpc.gif" alt="" /> But i DID get a full refund--finally!
