It is still standing and we are slowly getting it repaired. The roof is ll fixed and we are working on the seawall on my own dime and hoping the insurance comes through soon! We will be fixing the top two floors first and the ground floor rental will be the last to fix once we can get ezsy access behind the new sea wall..the walkway has been eroded away.
