Until I can get the bar at the bottom the easiest way is:

At the bottom of each post on the left side is a top button. Click that and it takes you to the top of the screen where the menu bar has the forum you are in and the message that you are reading.

For Example it would show: traveltalkonline>british virgin islands>thread you are in. Then just click on the british virgin island and it will take you back to the post list.
