jeepers Traveler J Joined: Jul 2015 Posts: 1,288 Likes: 8 Cobourg Ontario Canada	The powe went out twice in half an hour at Carrefour in Philipsburg yesterday around 5. My husband stayed in car. Pitch black couldn't see anything. I was fumbling for cell phone flashlight. It was a little unnerving.
