I haven't gotten round to posting my pictures yet. A few comments and suggestions--
I do want to say that you really need to have a smaller finished product overall than what I thought I would want. Otherwise, it is too difficult to eat. The final product needs to be the size of one really large bite, alltogether.
I started out to try to cut the brownies with a small glass. It ended up kind of crushing the brownies down. I wound up cutting them with a knife, in squares, which ended up working much better.
For the icing, to do them correctly you really need to use a really WIDE tip on the pastry bag. We used too thin a tip.
Also, they are difficult to store properly because the brownies get stale quickly unless they are in an airtight container. And it is difficult to have an airtight container, other than a cake plate or similar, as most containers are too short, by the time you have the strawberry on top of the brownie.
Everyone said that they were just TOO CUTE!! There are some storage, etc., issues, but in general, they are very easy to make and well worth it!!
