Happy to hear that you are returning to St Thomas to help the island tourism recover! We were there in January to do some work on our unit in Point Pleasant on the east end and had a fabulous time!
The restaurant at Point Pleasant, Mirador, is open. They are serving breakfast, lunch and dinner and the food is fabulous! The bartender Al is a gem!
All of Red Hook is open and tons of fun! The only restaurant closed is Molly Malone's, but that is because the owners are selling. Moe's is stocked, we even found lamb chops! And there is a new Thai restaurant open that is getting rave reviews. Sorry - we didn't check it out.
We didn't venture much into Charlotte Amalie. Only to get some supplies. The cruise ships have returned so town is bustling with activity.
Have a great time! You will definitely have a fabulous visit!
