Never mind US pre-clearance, it stunned me to read that their target date for return to pre-Irma status at the airport is 2020!!! I guess I am not surprised given the amount of damage to the building and the fact that the roof alone will take 4 to 5 months to repair. I thought I read someplace that the roof alone will take 4 to 5 months to redesign, fabricate and install. And given "island time" the 4 to 5 months may be optimistic. And since very little inside work can be done until the roof is fixed I will be surprised if it is ready in mid 2019. Just my 2 cents.
