I believe the area that Club Orient was granted will be extended into the Naturelle Reserve. If this is correct the construction of a multi story building and a swimming pool is really making a statement of what the Collectivite and the Conservatoire real motives are. $ Conservatoire du Littoral and the Saint Martin Collectivite make agreements(AOT) which allow development of protected land.
