Steve have you tried entering the BVI via boat with just a passport card? BVI C&I love to stamp passports and might be disappointed if you gave them a card.
You're correct. The BVI C&I love the rubber stamp and to write in the return date, and won't know where to place the white departure card. That's my concern.
